The present privacy policy shall set forth the main privacy principles and rules established at Opera Optima UAB and applied for the use of this website – visiting, browsing and using the services available on the site.

By continuing to use the website or the services and information available on it after receiving the respective information, a person (website user) confirms that he/she has familiarised with the present Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agrees to comply therewith.

 

Processing of personal data

The personal data of the data subjects shall be processed by the data manager – Opera Optima UAB, legal entity code 126338743, head office address Gedimino pr. 26-413, LT-01104 Vilnius.

Opera Optima UAB shall process personal data manually by use of the filing system and/or by automated means.

Opera Optima UAB shall process personal data in a procedure prescribed by law. The third persons shall be able to access the personal data only in the cases and in the procedure set forth by law or other legal acts.

Opera Optima UAB shall process personal data for one or several of the following purposes:

1) the following personal data shall be processed for the purposes of organisation of conferences and events: participant’s name and surname, employer, telephone number and e-mail address;

2) the following personal data shall be processed for the purposes of organisation of marketing promotions stimulating purchase of services and products: participant’s name and surname, telephone number, address, e-mail address and bank account number;

3) the following data shall be processed for the purposes of examination of requests and claims: name and surname, declared or actual place of residence, e-mail address and telephone number;

4) the following personal data shall be processed for the purposes of transfer of direct marketing information or other information to the data subjects: name, surname and e-mail address.

The retention period of personal data shall be 2 years following the end date of the marketing promotion stimulating purchase of services and products or no longer than 10 years following expiration of the contractual relations, where a service contract has been concluded.

Right to familiarise with own data processed by the Company

Any natural person who confirms his/her identity by presenting an ID document, identifies him-/herself in the procedure prescribed by law or by electronic means allowing to establish the identity, shall have the right to familiarise with his/her data processed by the Company and receive information about the types of data, sources they were collected from, purpose of processing and who will receive or received these data in the past year, on one occasion without any pay.

The Company shall provide in writing the data requested within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt of the request, or indicate the reasons for refusal to satisfy the request. Upon request of a person, such data shall be provided in writing.

If a person who familiarised with own data establishes that the data are incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, he/she shall contact the Company (in writing, by e-mail, via service supply websites or in another form). The Company shall be obliged to review the data and immediately adjust the incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate data and/or suspend any processing actions of such data, except storage. The Company shall have the right to keep archive copies of such data, if this is required for the implementation of contractual obligations towards the data subject or deemed necessary in the procedure prescribed by law (financial reporting, cybercrime investigations, etc.)
